After much experimentation and taste-testing (well, someone had to do it...!)
we now have these blends in stock - here's to a great summer and no lockdown!
OK so this is actually not new - we've renamed our 'Barbecue Seasoning' so no-one gets confused. Hot like the Texan sun! Sprinkle or rub onto meat before cooking for the authentic Texan Barbecue flavour. Add to Passata for a hot sauce, great with kebabs or tacos.
Sweet, sticky, smoky and a bit fiery, this is a wonderful blend for marinating, either dry, as a rub, or mixed with good quality olive oil as a marinade. Great with chicken. Pan fry or barbecue for best results.
