Roasted Vegetables
This dish packs a punch and couldn't be easier. Simply chop, slice and roast. Delicious served with chicken, fish or just as it comes.

Ingredients
1 pack Carla's Vegetable Seasoning
1 orange pepper
1 red pepper
1 courgette
1 large or 2 small red onions
1 parsnip
Instructions
Prepare and cut vegetables into approx 3cm cubes and place in a bowl
Add 2 tbsp of vegetable oil and half a packet of Carla's Vegetable Seasoning and stir until well coated
Cook in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes
