A tasty, herby twist on traditional coleslaw, the Tuscan Blend really adds to the flavour of this simple dish
6-8 as a side
1 sweetheart cabbage, thinly sliced
2-3 carrots, grated
Half a red onion
4-5 tbsp good quality mayonnaise
2 tsp Tuscan Seasoning
Thinly slice the sweetheart cabbage, or use a mandolin slicer if you have one. Grate the carrots, you may need more or less depending on the size of them, and thinly slice the onion.
Add the cabbage, carrot, onion and mayonnaise to a large mixing bowl and mix well.
Once combined, check the consistency, and add more mayonnaise if required. Then sprinkle through the Tuscan Seasoning and mix well. You can use a bit more to garnish the top once you’re ready to serve the coleslaw.
