Tuscan Carrots

These herby, buttery carrots are the perfect accompaniment to a Sunday roast, Easter lunch or Christmas dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Carla's Tuscan blend

  • 500g carrots 

  • Olive or vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut 500g carrots in half length-ways

  2. Place carrots in a bowl with 2 tbsp of vegetable oil and stir, ensuring that the carrots are well coated

  3. Add a third of a pack of Carla's Tuscan blend into the bowl and stir until the seasoning is well distributed

  4. Cook in a pre-heated oven at 160°C for 1 hour
