These herby, buttery carrots are the perfect accompaniment to a Sunday roast, Easter lunch or Christmas dinner.
1 pack Carla's Tuscan blend
Olive or vegetable oil
Peel and cut 500g carrots in half length-ways
Place carrots in a bowl with 2 tbsp of vegetable oil and stir, ensuring that the carrots are well coated
Add a third of a pack of Carla's Tuscan blend into the bowl and stir until the seasoning is well distributed
Cook in a pre-heated oven at 160°C for 1 hour
