Sweet Christmas Nuts

Sweet-spiced roasted nuts with cinnamon, ginger and cranberries - these pair perfectly with a glass of mulled wine!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Carla's Sweet Spice

  • 225g nuts

  • 2 tsp soft brown sugar

  • Pinch of salt (if using unsalted nuts)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Half cup of dried cranberries (optional but really nice!)

Instructions

  1. Mix the nuts together with all the other ingredients, then spread out on a baking tray.

  2. Cook at 180 degrees for 6-8 minutes until toasted and golden.

  3. Enjoy while warm, or let cool, and store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.

TIP: Double or triple the recipe - you'll find these won't last long!
