The perfect accompaniment to a traditional roast, Christmas lunch (or even bangers and mash!) these moreish stuffing balls are available in Sage & Onion and Parsley & Thyme mixes.
1 pack of stuffing mix (Carla's Sage & Onion or Carla's Parsley & Thyme)
375ml boiling water
Add the contents of the mix to 375ml boiling water
Stir and leave to stand for 5 minutes
Form into 12 balls and roast on a lined baking tray for 35-40 minutes at 190°C/gas mark 5
