Roasted Carrots

These caramelised roasted carrots are a perfect addition to your Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner

Ingredients

  • Carla's Dried Rosemary

  • 1kg carrots, peeled and sliced in half length-wise

  • runny honey

  • cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees

  2. Next, prepare the carrots – peel and top and tail them, then slice in half lengthways down the middle

  3. Place onto a prepared baking tray and drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle over dried rosemary, and add a generous amount of runny honey

  4. Roast for 45 mins to 1 hour, until caramelised and starting to crispen round the edges. 

  5. Serve immediately - enjoy!
