Roasted Carrots
These caramelised roasted carrots are a perfect addition to your Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner

Ingredients
Carla's Dried Rosemary
1kg carrots, peeled and sliced in half length-wise
runny honey
cooking oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
Next, prepare the carrots – peel and top and tail them, then slice in half lengthways down the middle
Place onto a prepared baking tray and drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle over dried rosemary, and add a generous amount of runny honey
Roast for 45 mins to 1 hour, until caramelised and starting to crispen round the edges.
Serve immediately - enjoy!
