Roast Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Carla's Potato Seasoning

  • 2 kg of good quality roasting potatoes (such as Maris Piper)

  • 3-4 tbsp vegetable oil 

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut potatoes

  2. Parboil for 10-12 mins

  3. Drain and add 3-4 tbsp of vegetable oil and stir until well coated

  4. Add contents of one packet of the Carla's Potato Seasoning and stir again. (Potatoes can be frozen at this point if desired)

  5. Cook in a pre-heated oven at 160°C for 1 hour. For best results, turn the potatoes half way through cooking
