Potato Wedges

Quick to prepare and easy to bake, potato wedges are a versatile addition to almost any dish - or simply dipped in sour cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Carla's Potato Seasoning

  • 2 baking potatoes or 4-5 Maris Pipers (increase quantity as required)

  • 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil (or oil of your choice) 

Instructions

  1. Cut the potatoes into wedges, but don't peel or par-boil

  2. Place wedges in a bowl with 2 tbsp of oil and 2 tbsp of Carla's Potato Seasoning

  3. Stir until the wedges are well coated

  4. Cook in a pre-heated oven at 160°C for 45 to 60 minutes
