Buttery brioche, sugar and sweet spices combine in this easy-to-make, delicious weekend breakfast treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Carla's Sweet Spice

  • 1 sliced plain brioche loaf 

  • Block unsalted butter 

Instructions

  1. Bake brioche slices in a pre-heated oven at 180°C (gas mark 5) until lightly browned

  2. Remove from oven and spread with unsalted butter, then sprinkle with a teaspoon of Carla’s Sweet Spice
