1 pack Carla's Sweet Spice
1 sliced plain brioche loaf
Block unsalted butter
Bake brioche slices in a pre-heated oven at 180°C (gas mark 5) until lightly browned
Remove from oven and spread with unsalted butter, then sprinkle with a teaspoon of Carla’s Sweet Spice
