Apple & Cinnamon Muffins
The perfect pairing of sweet apple and spicy cinnamon, these moreish muffins are the perfect snack or breakfast on-the-go.
1 pack Carla’s Cinnamon Muffin Mix
1 tin sliced apple
Preheat oven to 200°C/392°F/Gas 6
Line a 12 hole muffin tin with paper cases
Combine the muffin mix with the water
Drain the tinned apple and add the slices to the mixture, but don’t over mix!
Spoon mixture into the muffin cases
Turn oven down to 180°C/356°F/Gas 4 and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden. Turn out onto a wire cooling rack
