Moroccan Spice Blend
Evocative of the famous bazaars of Morocco, this blend brings a new dimension to roast lamb, beef, chicken and vegetables. Mix 1 tbsp of olive oil with 2 tbsp of Carla's Moroccan Spice blend. Apply liberally to meat and oven roast.
